IT Support Lead

Are you an IT expert with a passion for optimization and innovation? Seeders is looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Support Lead to join our team!

As the IT Support Lead, you will be the central figure in the functional and technical management of our office automation, which is primarily based on the Google Workspace environment. You will ensure structure and standardization of IT processes and IT asset management. Additionally, you will provide advice on the use of digital marketing tools, such as SEO tools. You will handle hands-on technical tasks and lead change projects aimed at creating a more efficient and secure IT environment, such as the migration from META Workplace to Google Workspace and Google Chat. Furthermore, you will be the functional owner of the core business application Teamleader Orbit and work closely with HR on onboarding and offboarding processes.

What You Do on a Daily Basis:

• Optimization of Office Automation: You are responsible for managing and optimizing all software applications and IT resources used. This includes implementing structure and standardization in IT processes, managing IT assets (purchasing, registration, maintenance, and replacement), and establishing or expanding partnerships for support to ensure that IT operations are smooth, efficient, and user-friendly.

• Advice and Support: You analyze the current use of digital marketing tools, with a specific focus on SEO tools. You provide advice on potential optimizations and standardizations to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of these tools.

• Project Management: You lead IT projects, including the planned migration from META Workplace to Google Workspace and Google Chat, to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.

• Functional Ownership: You are the administrator of the core business application Teamleader Orbit.

• Onboarding and Offboarding Processes: You are responsible for the IT aspects of the onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Security and Compliance: You are responsible for improving IT security and ensuring compliance with organizational standards, including conducting security audits and risk analyses to identify and address potential vulnerabilities, and implementing best practices and developing protocols to safeguard company data.

What We Expect from You:

• You have at least 3-5 years of proven experience in IT project management, with a strong affinity for office automation and managing and implementing IT solutions.

• You possess excellent project management skills, with specific experience in change management and migration projects.

• You have experience with Google Workspace, IT asset management, and digital marketing tools, such as SEO software.

• You have a solid understanding of IT security and compliance standards.

• You have excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

• You take initiative and anticipate future needs and challenges within the IT environment.

• You are quick to adapt and solve IT problems effectively and efficiently.

• You take ownership of IT processes and strive for continuous improvement and optimization.

• You take individual responsibility but achieve results through constructive collaboration with your colleagues.
