Job description
Are you an enthusiastic and driven recruiter who can effortlessly spot talent? Do you have a passion for online marketing and know how to find the perfect candidate for every position? Then Seeders is looking for you!
As a recruiter at Seeders, you play a crucial role in identifying and attracting new employees to strengthen our team. You will work closely with team leaders and management to understand their needs and find the right candidates who fit our culture and goals. We are looking for someone who is available for 16 to 24 hours per week.
What you do on a daily basis:
- Actively search for and approach potential candidates through various channels
As a recruiter at Seeders, you are continuously and proactively searching for talent to strengthen our organization. This means you don’t just wait for candidates to apply, but actively seek out potential employees and approach them personally through various channels. You are the link between the right people and the right positions, playing a crucial role in the growth of our team.
- Draft and post attractive job advertisements on relevant platforms
An essential part of your role as a recruiter at Seeders is drafting and posting attractive job ads on various relevant platforms. The goal is not just to make our vacancies visible, but to present them in a way that immediately resonates with potential candidates. By writing compelling texts that reflect Seeders' core values and culture, you attract the attention of the right candidates.
- Screening CVs and conducting selection interviews
As a recruiter at Seeders, it is your role to carefully screen CVs. You will also conduct the initial selection interviews and determine whether there is a potential match between the candidate and Seeders.
- Organizing and coordinating recruitment rounds
Organizing and coordinating recruitment rounds is an essential part of your role as a recruiter at Seeders. This means you are responsible for planning and managing all phases of the recruitment process. From inviting candidates and scheduling interviews to coordinating assessment rounds and feedback sessions. You also provide colleagues with helpful interview tips and guidance to ensure the conversations are conducted as effectively as possible.
- Maintaining a talent pool for future vacancies
You are constantly on the lookout for talent, even when there are no current open positions. By maintaining an up-to-date database of potential candidates, you can respond quickly and efficiently when new vacancies arise. You ensure regular contact with these candidates, keeping them interested and engaged. This proactive management of talent pools enables Seeders to quickly address staffing needs and contributes to the continued growth and success of the organization. You also maintain relationships with former employees, who may serve as Seeders ambassadors, potentially showing interest in returning or allowing you to tap into their networks.
