Job description
Are you a driven professional with a passion for digital marketing? Do you have experience in link building, SEO, SEA, and/or Digital PR? Then we are looking for you!
What will you be doing? As an Accountmanager, you will be responsible for managing and commercially expanding a portfolio of 50-100 clients. Your focus will be on maintaining high customer satisfaction and maximizing commercial opportunities through cross-sell, upsell, and contract renewals. You will regularly conduct progress meetings with clients, reporting on operational performance based on input from the delivery team. Within Seeders, you will ensure an efficient invoicing process.
What you will do on a daily basis:
- Client Relationship Management: As the primary point of contact, you build strong relationships with clients, manage their expectations, address concerns, and identify commercial opportunities. By making clients feel valued and supported, you enhance their satisfaction, leading to high retention and low churn.
- Structured Client Meetings and Reporting: Every month, you lead meetings with clients to evaluate operational performance. You analyze reports from the delivery team, identify areas for improvement and opportunities, and translate these insights into concrete steps to improve the client’s marketing strategies and performance.
- Commercial Opportunities: You identify and present cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand our service portfolio with clients. Together with internal teams, you create tailored proposals that meet client needs and offer clear added value. You proactively present new solutions, services, or innovations to help our clients even more effectively.
- Contract Renewals and Growth: You manage the contract renewal process, ensuring timely and successful renewals, negotiating terms, and proposing service expansions. Your goal is to meet or exceed client and business objectives, with a focus on retention and revenue.
- Collaboration with the Delivery Team: You coordinate directly with the delivery team to provide high-quality services, relay client feedback for service improvements and rapid problem resolution, and ensure that service delivery aligns with expectations set during the sales process and ongoing communication.
- Client Satisfaction and Churn Management: You continuously monitor client satisfaction and proactively intervene in cases of dissatisfaction. You develop strategies to reduce churn and promote client loyalty. Regular feedback sessions are organized to understand evolving client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Digital Marketing Expertise: You stay ahead in digital marketing by keeping up with trends and best practices in link building, SEO, SEA, and Digital PR. You use this knowledge to advise and guide clients toward effective strategies, ensuring they always stay a step ahead of the competition.
Job requirements
What we expect from you:
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in account management, client management, or a similar commercial role, preferably in a B2B environment with proven results.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, E-business, or a related field.
- You have strong commercial skills and a proven track record in cross-selling, upselling, and client retention.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- You are proficient in using CRM systems (such as Teamleader Orbit) and the Google Suite.
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You are client-focused, results-driven, proactive, a team player, a strategic thinker, independent, and responsible.
